Chapter and Verse won a competitive 7f handicap at Kempton last night under a great ride from Pat Dobbs. We felt a strongly run 7f would suit the horse as he likes to run through beaten horses. The pace was strong and even from the off and Pat was able to sit patiently until the gaps opened down the straight. We will see how he comes out of the race and providing he is ok he will step back up to a mile for the London Mile final back at Kempton, a race he won 2years ago.
