KODIAC EXPRESS Wins at GREAT YARMOUTH
Kodiac Express recorded her third win of the year, and the fourth in her career, with a gutsy performance at Great Yarmouth yesterday. Gabriele Malune, her jockey, followed his instructions to the letter by letting our filly bowl along at her own pace for the first three furlongs and then get into a battle in the final two furlongs. It was great to see her change her legs just inside the 2f marker and then go and tackle the leaders and beat them into submission.
We had her fresh for this race and the quick conditions suited her as she has a lovely action. She is not a very big filly but she has an engine and, more importantly, she has a big heart.
