American Hope ran a very respectable 4th in the All-Weather Championship finals at Lingfield on Good Friday. He was a bit keen from the start but still managed to stay on and take fourth place. Ideally we would have liked longer than 13 days to prepare for the final and he has ran a great race considering he has run three times within six weeks. He deserves a good break and that is what we will do and then look for options for him in June on turf and on a more galloping track.
The photograph shows connections of the horse in the winners enclosure at Lingfield. All were extremely delighted with the success of the horse since we acquired him from Tattersalls sales in February.
